Marley ruined my hair by turning it ash grey with a full highlight and sent me home with a little plastic container of shampoo that said would fix it. The OWNER had to “fix” it but turned back to ash grey within 2 weeks and was told it would be NINETY DOLLARS for me to come back in to fix it. It ruined the second half of my summer having this disgusting hair color.

Stylist recommended strongly that I get a "detox " and deep condition treatment due to "build-up. She washed my hair then applied conditioner and waited 10 mins before rinsing. Cost was $45. She could have sold me the product for less than what I was fleeced and I can put conditioner on my own head at home. Then she encouraged me to return monthly for this so-called treatment for best results. And I feel like a dork for agreeing to this "treatment". Which by the way didnothing that a drugstore brand couldn't do. Won't be returning. T
