Response to owner's comment below: Nice try on shifting the blame. I had informed your staff on Aug 4th and the 24th when I came in for a massage, and called your location on 10/20 to confirm. I was told that the cancellation is "confirmed". There are other reviewers who have had the same complaint! About the other therapists telling a different story? I would ask your clients to hear them directly. :) Earlier Review: Beware of this place (and the Spring Creek one) run by the same sham owner. Prices went up, appointments get somehow mixed up, and service quality of this location went down recently. Every month its a new face answering the phone. I tried to cancel my membership through phone asking a team member to put my account on hold. Lo and behold, I get an answer back from the owner that this team member didnt know the proper protocol and so I'd be still charged for the extra month or two! This location ran away great therapists, and its awful to hear from therapists that this is run truly like a sweat shop. Underpaid, overworked, and no benefits given to these therapists. Please consider what you pay towards.

There was a miscommunication on their part in the beginning and they assumed that I was coming in for a massage even though I wanted a facial. No big deal, but when I arrived for my appointment I was under the impression that I scheduled a facial. They then proceeded to try and charge me $120 for a service I did not want and then told me I would have to pay regardless if I went through with it or not due to their 24 hour cancellation policy. The manager told them to only charge me $70 which I did have to pay in order to be able to leave the business. I usually go here and have no problems, but my dad who was a member here was treated very unfairly as well and they also charged him for an appointment he never requested. This has happened to him three times. He spoke with the owner and thought it would be resolved as she was very understanding, but due to the unprofessionalism at this location it continued to happen and the manager was very rude to him as well. Do not recommend coming to this location unless you want them to take your money without even receiving a service.
