I recently had a procedure with Dr Alsubaie. I am a nurse myself, so i understand the navigation of the healthcare system. I cannot brag enough on this whole team. The surgical coordinator, nursing staff, anesthesia, and of course Dr Alsubaie were top notch. I was supported throughout my consultation, decision making, planning, procedure, and post op without any pressure. My questions were answered each step of the way and I felt as if I was the only patient the team was managing. I was feeling a little anxious, which was short lived when I was greeted by the most friendliest staff. My first time experience with a plastic surgeon was outstanding. Everyone was so courteous. Dr. Carlson was amazing! He took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. He also laughs at my jokes, which is a plus!
