Never fails with this excuse of a Panda's. Absolutely the worst. The manager needs to be trained on staffing and material ordering. Chicken or beef is always...and I mean always out. Being forced to go thru the drive-thru is a guaranteed 30 minutes. 6 cars in line feels like the entire town is in front of me. 30+ minutes. C'mon!

The food here is at times really fresh, and at other times, it seems like they will serve old chicken thats been sitting for a while. However, a huge negative for this location is that they discontinued sweet fire chicken. I was extremely disappointed, and in the future I will drive a little further to one that still serves this.

I have been going to this location at least 5 times and never had a bad experience (food and service). I do feel sorry for other customers who had a bad experience at this location, but, 'thought of sharing my good experience. I do hope it stays that way.

Ordered from panda express for lunch on September 17. Ordered a bowl, and when I was eating, I found a bolt at the bottom of my food after I had eaten most of it. Legitimately. I found a metal bolt with grey rubber caulking on it in the bottom of the bowl of mushroom chicken that I was eating. I will never, ever, ever for the life of me eat from this location again. Lucky I saw it before chomping down and didn’t bust one of my teeth. Lawsuits waiting to happen there. Photo attached for reference.
