I have talked to geek squad 5 times or more trying to get a tech scheduled to look at my TV. 3 different times I had people tell me that I would be contacted within 36 hours to be scheduled, never received a call back. I spoke with a supervisor who told me the same thing still no call. She also told me I can't bring the tv in because it's to big. I only bought a TV that was a floor model because of the warranty. As of now I haven't been scheduled. Haven't had anyone tell me anyway to move forward. I did buy this TV and warranty at this location . I'll fix the review when my TV is fixed. I've never had a problem in store. Only with geeksquad and customer service getting me no where and wasting hours of my time. Update: went in store spoke with geek squad manager. He called and got me an appointment set up. They should be here soon.

Can you explain a little more about it? Has the battery come loose? Bad or not charged battery? Computer lock up? As you can see, there are many things it could be.

Garrett, Yes. Best Buy sales the BenQ 1ms response time in 3 monitor sizes. The 21.5" monitor @ $109.69. The 24" monitor @ $159.99 and the 27" monitor @ $169.99.
Call your carrier IT first. They can usually tell you how to fix it. Your phone may be insured also. If it is, they will replace it less your deductible.

If you had it more than 30 days..... No. And you do need the receipt or....No. If you used a card to purchase it, than being it with you and they will look it up to verify. Than Yes they will.
They ask you to wear them and offer them to you at the door but I seen a few people that didn't have them on

Warranty goes off your receipt. Date bought. Should not matter the build date.
I just purchased a Dell P2419H 24" LED Monitor at Best Buy Burleson. It came by UPS Friday Jan 08. When I opened the box I noticed it had a March 2020 build date. Should I return it and get a newer build date? Don't know if a monitor that is 10 months old might cause any issues especially with the warranty.

If you received an email about the billing, there should be a number to call on there. I was charged last month for a yearly subscription to Microsoft Office which I had to repurchase 2 months ago because it somehow ended before the year was up. I was able to get ahold of someone quickly and they took care of everything with the subscription, were very courteous and I was refunded the full amount within 2 business days.
It is my experience no one answers the phone. You'll either need to go in to the store or try calling the district manager
