This place lost my paperwork for a very important test that I had to take. Had to call my primary care doctor and reschedule. They also only had 1 person inside the office at 9:00 am, and the line was over 5 people long. Don't expect to do any walk ins.

Everything was quick and efficient due to scheduling an exact appointment date. Ebony processed all my blood work and drew blood 🩸- lol - first blood. But no she was awesome. Very friendly and just overall good rapport. Would go under the needle with her anytime 😎

Horrible management on a weekend. Walk-ins were taken before reserved appointment slots, resulting in delayed appointment. Not happy when one has to fast overnight. Separately, I needed to take two different tests. Test orders were not consolidated per patient (one was in their computer system, the other was a printed order), and I had to ask more than once for them to double check for a test order from my dr office. It was filed away in a separate location. Need to consolidate test orders for patients who come with est appointments.

This Quest Lab Center is tops! It's a small facility within Safeway. Appointments can be made ahead but drop-ins are welcomed. It is a simple sign-in and you can shop while you're waiting to be called. I've been going there for years and have never had to wait with appt or w/o appt. I'm on blood thinners and in going to other labs (hospitals included), they'd had great difficulty finding a vein, as mine scarred and wiggle. I've left looking like a battered woman with bruises on both arms and excessive bleeding as a result My savior technician is BLOSSOM RICHARDSON. She's professional, extremely efficient, pain free and has never had issues finding a vein. I refuse to go to another technician and my SO teases me, but it's just not worth it. Kudos to Quest for hiring this amazingly talented employee who obviously loves her job!
