Always clean and well lit. They do not always have enough staff so there can sometimes be a wait. The lines for self check out have average wait times.

Just want to say there's a new cashier working there and she's one of the nicest person I've ever met. Always seems to be I a really friendly mood. Very good customer service skills. I think her name may be Rachel if I'm not mistaken. She really brighten may day when I come there. When ever I go there and she's working I'll make it my business to get in her line. You guys need more people like her, she's a real asset to your company.

I came to this store specifically for a tuna sandwich because it's something the I have purchased several times at other stores. It didn't take long for me to find out that they didn't have any tuna sandwiches available, and the only sandwiches that so saw were roast beef and chicken salad. So zi asked one of the nice ladies behind the deli counter if they could prepare his for me. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem, but it could take a few minutes. I also requested that this be made without onions, and that wasn't a problem for hem either. So while she was preparing my sandwich, I took a little walk around to ty to locate Arizona ice tea? It took a little bit of searching but I finally found it in one of her coolers. I rented back to the deli, and my sandwich was ready for me. I was happy that they made the extra effort to do this. Kudos to the two ladies working I he deli!

In August 2021, I had a successful shopping trip at the Rosehill Safeway early Saturday morning. The check out clerk asked the baking clerk to assist me in taking my groceries to my car. I have been going to this Safeway since 1979. Recently it has been reorganized. Displays are very attractive and it is easy to find what you want. The reason I give this Safeway 5 stars are the very helpful staff who have assisted me in many ways. When I had a broken arm, they always made sure that an assistant helped me to my car and loaded the groceries for me. Also, this Safeway hires and keeps on staff people with disabilities. They don't just raise money for people with disabilities but they actually employ them. Good job Rose Hill Safeway!
