Had to go in the other day and interacted with two employees and had a very negative expierence. Laura up front barely spoke english and was difficult to understand, and the actual employee that was helping me was completely disrespected by the front manager Sam. Sam was completely unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth, maybe that’s the reason i’ve seen 3 different people upfront over the year i’ve been visiting this firm. disappointing to see employees aren’t treated well at a small firm like this
