unfortunately it usually takes 10-14 days for my items to reach elk Grove village distribution center each time I use this location sad never have a problem at fox lake..

They used to. Your best bet is to look at their website and you could probably even order them there to get delivered.
They don't have a notary on staff. Try a bank, lawyer, or currency exchange.
