I went for the boat launch. It was crowded, no parking for the trailer so decided to leave. If you go early, there's no problem, we just didn't make it before noon. Otherwise it's a great little park and beach with lots of room to dump your boat

The boat launch is very large and easy to pull in and out of. The dock is long and wasn’t too busy for us. Car and trailer parking is right across the street and had lots of spots (not sure how busy it is in the summer). To park there is a small daily fee around $10. Definitely will come back!

It was a semi cloudy day and views were okay. Lundeen park had better views on the same day. Check that out!

Nice area to launch a boat! I was able to launch my kayak without having to scrape it on concrete thanks to this little beach. Just remember that you have to pay to park.

Closure dates may have been updated and the area(s) of actual closureateas I couldn't confirm from here. Closure signs that I read said closure would be something short of the entire month - maybe ending August 26th or so. Also don't know if closure includes both public beach and boat launch; just the beach or just the BL?
