Excellent Experience! Excellent Customer Service! I would definitely recommend Savy Chic to my friends. Only criticism I could give is make sure you wear your wedding shoes and ask your bridal consultant to take your height measurement along with all your other measurements. I'm a little short (5' 3.75") And I selected a very beautiful mermaid gown. Unfortunately I found out at my first alterations appointment that I'm going to have to loose a whole 5+ inches to my dress. Which means my seamstress has to take off all the beautiful lace at the bottom of my dress and then somehow try to reattach it to my dress. So its not going to look like the dress I fell In love with in the store. I'm really disappointed because I wore my shoes to all my dress appointments. And I'm pretty sure I mentioned I was wearing my shoes so I could get the right height measurement. So if you think your a little short make sure you get your height measurement. It will save you money from alterations in the long run.

I went to Savy's as part of a large group for one of my best friends to look at wedding dresses. I must say, I love that they are by appointment only, as we had the place to ourselves and it was great. There were tons of dress options to choose from and it didn't take her long to find the perfect dress for her. Her attendant was so kind and extremely helpful. Her process was pretty flawless actually. Would definitely recommend!

I bought my dress here a few years ago. I drove up from Peoria to check it out! Savana and her team were fantastic. They spent the time helping me figure out what style I wanted, and what looked best. I brought in a rather large group of women with me (pre-Covid times) and the team was so attentive to me while having to listen to the opinions of the group there with me as well. My dress was ordered same day! And I went back in a few months later with my sister looking for bridesmaids dresses for her wedding and found my veil there too! Also had an amazing experience while looking for the bridesmaids dresses. The appointments and one on one time you get with Savana and her team is absolutely worth a drive!
