My daughter had seen the wedding dress she loved in a magazine and knew, from the start, that this was “the” dress. We found a retail store that carried the brand, went to the store and ordered the size they recommended. When the time came for alterations to be made, the seamstress said that the dress was too small. We contacted the original store to return the dress and order the correct size. They said that was not possible because of several circumstances. The Dress in Medina was recommended to us; we called and they said they could have the same dress in the correct size in about a week. We placed the order and the dress was delivered sooner than we thought. We want to thank all of the wonderful staff at The Dress that helped us through our crisis. Thank You! As Laine, one of The Dress professionals, told us - “Your daughter is our bride now!”

I love the the way The Dress sets up the whole appointment. From start to finish it is well organized, and easy for the bride. I had the pleasure of working with Brittney, and she made me feel so comfortable. I was extremely nervous going into the appointment and from the start she put me at ease. They also have great communication. I emailed the owner with my positive experience and she responded right away. You don’t always find that personal experience. I would recommend this store over any other.

I had the best experience at The Dress Bridal Boutique. Earlier in the day I had gone to a different dress store and thought I had found the one, but I kept my appointment at The Dress to keep my options open. Brittney was my stylist/consultant for my appointment and she pulled dresses that were exactly as I envisioned. Even though I had a strong contender for a dress at the first shop, she didn't make me feel pressured at all to pick a dress with them. She was patient when I was going back and forth and told me that she wanted me to love my dress whether I found it at their boutique or another place.
