Restroom was locked when I asked the lady at the front counter she said I had to buy something first which ok I understand. I then proceeded to buy food for my family, I asked for the key she unlocked the restroom door herself told me to “hurry up” waited for me outside the door and locked it back up. Food was ok but service was not it.

Just went through the drive-thru and got my usual, a Jack's Spicy Chicken Sandwich, which I always get because it's one of the few items on the menu I know for sure does not have dairy in it. I'm lactose intolerant, and consuming dairy can make me violently ill. Sometimes the drive-thru operator asks if I want to add cheese, to which I always say no. This time she did not, which was fine since I didn't want cheese. Imagine my surprise, then, when I got home and found a melted slice of cheese gluing part of my sandwich together. There was no way to remove said cheese without destroying the sandwich, and so I was forced to throw it out. Unfortunately I didn't notice this error until after I'd already taken a bite. After all, I never asked for or paid for cheese, so why should I expect its presence in my food? Thankfully I have a couple days off work to recover from whatever hell is waiting for me. It's really sad, though, that yet another fast food restaurant has to be permanently removed from my rotation because of something like this. I actually really liked the Jack's Spicy, but I can't take the risk of poisoning myself just for a chicken sandwich. For what it's worth, I work in food service, and I know mistakes happen, especially since most restaurants are experiencing immense employee turnover right now. Still, we have to hold ourselves to higher standards. It's not okay to poison your guests.

The manager was running the drive-thru and miscounted my change I handed her a 10 and 5 ones and added a few pennies to get exactly a nickel and a dollar back and she proceeded to only hand me the nickel because she was busy taking three other orders while she was giving me my change so insisted that I only gave her 14 and thought about it and refused to make up for her mistake so I know for a fact she owed me a dollar. I can't blame her too much but for her to argue after and not being able to count as a manager I'm kind of appalled

I got a breakfast combo! The croissant sandwich was good. The hash brown that came with it WAS HORRIBLE. It had SO MUCH grease in it that it soaked through several napkins that I laid it on. On the table, there was a BIG grease spot. I was very dissatisfied!!!!!
