No drive through teller makes banking at BoA painful on small business (retail) owners! Cash deposits via ATM is not good or safe! No coins unless you can go in and WAIT in a long line. :-(

Associate was Extremely rude and arrogant.....manager was even more arrogant then his associate....All I wanted to do is make a wire transfer to payoff a few trucks and had nothing but trouble and attitude the entire time ...... when I called customer service to see who was over that manager at that branch ...I was told I could not talk to anyone and all I could do is leave a complaint .....IM GOING TO BANK WITH CHASE FOR NOW ON ...

As per the sad norm these days, woefully understaffed. Not surprisingly, they only have three human tellers available on the first banking day of the year, which surely wouldn't be busy right? Want to use a faster, more convenient Teller-Assisted ATM instead? No problem, just stand there for 10 minutes waiting for an actual person to connect, while the branch manager assures you they've been connecting as fast as six minutes! Either the tech is overwhelmed or the branch is understaffed. But hey, they've always got plenty of financial advisors, if you're willing to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. I thought Wells Fargo was bad? I may just go back to a piggy bank at this rate. Updated 1/3/22: Line out the door due to another complete lack of tellers. Glad to see we've learned nothing at this location after all these years. Tired of trying to find Bank of America locations that can actually satisfy customer demand, will be looking for a new bank and recommend anyone else reading this does this same.

Call customer service they can stop it. Also usually if it's at least 24hrs before it comes out call the other party that is getting the money and postpone the payment. If it's an automatic payment onto your account then you can do it online
