ATM (Wells Fargo Bank)

Went to cash a check and it cost a 7.50 fee when the check was drawn off this bank. Guess I’ll stick to going to Walmart and Kroger when cashing checks.

I went to make a cash deposit to my mothers account for $150 but was told I could not make a cash deposit because I was not on her account. They would allow me to deposit a check with proper ID but not cash of any amount. When asked why they would not except a cash deposit for such a small amount the tellers response was "it's our policy". I have never heard of this before and certainly is not a "policy" at the banks I am a customer at.

More often than not, they don't listen. The past 3 times I've gone to get a cashier's check, they had 3 different people handle my transaction causing a lot of confusion.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!! I am at this location now after attempting to use the ATM Machine and it decides to go put of service while our card is inside. After refusing to help at for a while, they then tell us that the card id destroyed if it is stick in thw machine. So now we have to wait until after 9:00 for our 🏦 to open in order to get a new card....eughhh
