If you can ride the trails and hit them jumps am certain you'll enjoy your visit. May need a dirt traction but that's up to you.
Most bike shops should be able to rent a bike so look around but this place is built so that any bigger on absolutely any bike can have fun

Just a small flow line in the back in the woods, there is one line that I myself would call a trail but it leads to the tree gap they have there which is super fun!
