This place needs to be shut down period this place isn’t fit for my elderly dog my mom sits for hours waiting to get toileted or even dressed food is horrible way under staffed most staff lack compassion my mother had beautiful clothing now we can’t find half of her stuff please please don’t leave your loved ones here there is no zero star one star is to many

If there was a zero star I would have selected that. Total lack of communication between staff and family. Appear short staffed, untrained staff, and some staff that lack compassion. Do not put your loved one there if you have other options! Update: reported to State ombudsman and heartbreaking to see all their violations.

I worked here as a Travel Nurse for a month in May 2021, and I really enjoyed my stay here as a staff member. My experience with several of the nurses and the management staff was excellent. There are some needs with additional staffing at this time, but the new DoN & current Administrator are top notch. They really care about the residents and staff, and are 5 star leaders. With a few more CNA's and Nurses, I have a strong feeling that they will turn this facility into a great place to be for everyone. Cheers to everyone there! - Travelers, this place is a good visit!

The worst elderly care I’ve ever seen this place should be closed. My father was there and when we went to see him the place was dirty. It was around 4 pm and dad wasn’t cleaned up or shaved in days still in his PG. Dead bug along with windows inside. Apparently it’s understaffed but that’s not our problem. The outside of the building is not kept up well, grass and weeds growing up outside along the building in the back garden/visiting area
