Same sad story! No $= public pretender = guilty = life changed and affected forever. Usually charge hourly, but not sure, only had a phone call and you get what you pay for. But you need to have the funds to pay around $5000, but you will be satisfied if you can afford it!

I was freaking out when I was pulled over and didn't know what to do. Nate was able to walk me through the whole process and really made the difference!

Nate Dineen was referred by a friend who also got arrested for OWI. I didn't walk away unscathed, but the sentence I did get was nothing compared to what it could have been. He really was amazing.

I was arrested for an OWI with a controlled substance. This was my first offense, and was scared to death about what was going to happen. Attorney Nathan Dineen was able to have my case dismissed. He helped me through the whole process and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I hope I never need to hire him again, but wouldn't think twice if I got into trouble again.

In Wisconsin, a THC OWI and an Alcohol OWI are considered the same for sentencing purposes. If you are charged with either offense in Germantown or any other location, I would give us a call.

When should I contact an attorney after my WI OWI arrest?

Immediately! Wisconsin DMV suspensions have very specific timeframes to make try to protect your license. If you miss these timeframes you will automatically lose your license.
