We got round trip from hotel to pier and pier to Airport! Service was FLAWLESS! Shuttle showed up at our hotel right on time and we were the only passengers. Driver was like a mini tour expert, very knowledgeable about the area and excellent personality. Got us to the port in good time. Bus from pier was a huge greyhound size bus. plenty of room and cold AC. Would use them again without a doubt and price for roundtrip was very Reasonable. Winner

Booked Seattle Express for transportation to/from a cruise. Very reasonably priced. Picked us up on time at our hotel - very nice, clean shuttle...dropped off right at the pier. Return experience was just as easy and pleasant...shuttle was waiting for us at the port when we disembarked and drove us to the airport with no issues. Ranita was our driver on the return trip and she went out of her way to ensure we were happy customers. I'll definitely use the service next time I am in Seattle.

Outstanding service at a great price! They were there to meet us at the pier when we stepped off the ship and had four people loading everyone's luggage. They were very courteous and professional. Our driver got us to the airport very quickly and unloaded our luggage upon our arrival. I can't say enough good things about this company. It's great service at a fair price.

We used the shuttle to get from hotel to cruise port and back. Our driver was fantastic. He pointed out different places in Seattle and gave us information on different things. He was great. Then we used shuttle to get from hotel to mall and back. That driver was good to. Very friendly and talked a lot about Seattle. Definitely will recommend this shuttle.
