The ppl working the counter have serious lack of customer service skills. Its not a customers responsibility to say thank you to any of the workers and I observed a young lady taking her frustration out on a customer because the customer didn't say thank you. Ha wings where still boss like usual tho

Is it me or did I just get a bad batch. I've been here a few times before but one night my wings were very dry. I ordered some bone in and some boneless, even the fries were not up to par. Maybe the cooks are not putting effort or a change in recipe messed it up. I'll be trying out buffalo wild wings to see if they are better.

I often do Doordash for this location and usually everything goes right. We receive the bags sealed for health reasons and so I don’t always know if all the items are right. I take my order to the custom and later get a call not everything is in the bag. When orders are wrong I don’t get paid extra for driving back and forth to fix Wingstop’s mistakes. I hope that the workers become more cautious and read the receipts to make sure that everything is in the bag. I don’t always get tips and so this is important because I won’t make any money from these little mistakes that can be avoided.

Order food not the first time I've ordered from this location but I sure didn't ask for feathers on my wings all of them had them I know the cookers had to see it when preparing the food this is ridiculous I won't be going back to this location
