I am not for sure who the lady was but she was very rude! 0 starts! I guess she was upset bc she was busy! However I was nice about waiting! Until she kept telling me to wait like I wasn’t already waiting patiently! This happened around 3:00 pm today! I will take my money else where!

Best deal on pizza around , you really can't beat the price on a pizza. To walk in and walk out with a pizza or 2 is a good deal when you don't have the time to wait on a pizza

On 3/8/22 I visited Little Caesars around 8:30. The store had issues with the register. This is not about food quality but customer service under pressure. This led to not being able to make a purchase. The young AA lady was so friendly and fixated on making sure that my patience was rewarded. I don't know what her position is but she's definitely customer service oriented and probably would function better as crew lead or manager.

Customer service is terrible. The lady at the front counter is rude and terrible. She leaves the line long by running back and forth to the kitchen talking to employees. She charge me 10.00 for a hot and ready and a 2 liter. When l grab the soda she she claims l didn't pay for it. I had to show proof that l did by providing my receipt. No apology or nothing was given. She is a terrible employee and very rude and inconsiderate. She says hot and ready not available until ten minutes but pizza be sitting in the heater getting hard and old. She doesn't keep track with her orders and she doesn't provide good customer service.
