The food was delicious 😋 and we sat at the bar. LD the bartender was awesome. The drinks was on point. No complaints. We left the Chili's on Wheatland to come here because of the service and wait time.

We went in on a Saturday night with a party of four. Our wait time was 45 minutes. We got seated and it didn't take long for our waiter to come take our order. C4, our waiter, was prompt and very cheerful. I believe he was the only waiter working the bar area that night. He took our order and we waited almost an hour for our soups to come out. When C4 passed by the table to check on us he noticed that we hadn't received any food and went to check on it for us. Shortly after the soups came out and about ten minutes later our main course came out as well. I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos. Everything on my plate was cold. I told C4 but told him I would keep it cause I was just going to take it home and eat it later anyway. My reason for the 3 stars is because we sat next to where the to go orders were picked up and the service over there was just as slow as ours. And people kept coming back because the order was missing things are just not made right. But when you looked in the kitchen you can see the workers on their phones or just talking amongst each other. We asked the manager if they were short staffed that night and she replied no. They just didn't want to work

Chilis use to b my FAVORITE go to place, BUT ever since this pandemic, NOT ONLY them other restaurants have went downhill in service. I have NEVER had a bad experience w/my favorite dish: the southwest eggrolls OMGosh! I have tried to get EVERY manager at EVERY Chilis to sell me a case, lol! Chili’s is STILL my #1 pick, simple because of those. If u can relate, u’ll DEFINITELY understand what I mean 😋😋

This Chili's location could make some improvements. It has been a while since I have eaten at Chili's and yesterday I was reminded why. I give them 2.5 stars for service. The staff was nice and our booth was disinfected before we were seated. The waiter was training, but even he did a good job. The problem with our visit was the food. I believe we had the most simple order... 2 mango sweet teas, a order of loaded cheese fries w/ ranch, and the big mouth bites. Simple right! The cheese fries was so hard...the cheese was burnt on top of the fries. Very well done platter...unpleasant to eat. The tea taste like syrup. The big mouth bites were okay. I didn't want to complain and give the trainee a difficult time because he was trying his best and it wasn't his fault. Needless to say, this is why I should focus more on cooking at home. Eating out isn't the same.
