Extremely slow service waited an additional 30 minutes after ordering online and being provided a time of arrival. The cashier stayed on his personal cell and kept leaving the front although there was a long line.

Placed online order over an hour ago, told it will be another 20 minutes. Watching everyone who gets their order finding something missing. Will never stop at this poorly run business again and you shouldn't either. Don't waste your time.

Wife usually order online, great service nice people in side really busy but everybody in there new it was busy our order was almost ready but still was great... I do not like bone in so we get the tenders... love them....

I usually never leave reviews but its ridiculous how unorganized the place is. My husband placed an order and we were told it would be done in 30-45 minutes. We get there and wait another 30 minutes while an employee was apparently “bagging” our order. There was one young man who seemed to know what he was doing but he was helping another customer. There was a tall young woman who was very respectful but didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all and was “bagging” our order running from the front to the back for 30 minutes. Then another kid, I’m not sure whether it was a young man or woman but they were sitting on the counter, not doing anything, wouldn’t answer my questions and looked like they were high on drugs. They were mostly in the back but them and another worker were cussing up a storm and on their phones. This place is run by children and it seemed like there was no manager. If i could give it zero stars I would.
