Communicated both with calls and emails leading up to the move to help me be ready for their crew. The day of the move they clearly explained what they would be doing, walked with me to make sure that they got every thing before signing the contract. For the move itself Mark, Mike and Cliff were friendly, funny, professional and made me feel that they cared about my stuff. Even took extra care to thoroughly wrap my grandmothers hope chest that I had lovingly restored. All three remained upbeat despite the drenching rain and willingly helped load a few heavier (tower computer) items into my personal car.
