Recommend by family doctor to eye physicians. Back in February I called for a recommendation on best insurance coverage. My Medicare starts in July, no call back (crickets) tried again in March again (crickets) nothing. I cancelled my April appointment with eye physicians. For what ever reason you should still get a return call. I moved on, received great care at Berlin Eye Care. I will also share my experience on Facebook!!!

They do not answer the phone Received a call to reschedule Couldn’t get though Went on my scheduled appointment date Had us on the schedule and also had us noted as having been called There is no voicemail no one answers to ask you to hold on Asked why they don’t answer their phone “we are very busy” It a shame because the doctor I saw at my first appointment was very good 45 minutes gone by Still waiting

I have been using Eye Physicians for several years now. I stopped in at the Washington Twp location on Ganttown Rd to get my glasses adjusted today (free btw!) I was helped by Amanda. She stated she usually works out of the White Horse Rd Voorhees location. She made several adjustments, and readjustments on my glasses. I had several issues some of which she noticed right away when i sat down. I would say she worked on them for about 15 to 20 minutes to make sure everything was right. Five stars is not enough. I'm not usually the review writer but I had to let your company and your customers know you have a great employee! Keep her around!! I made a comment when she was finished stating " You're awesome Amanda " I got a chuckle out of the nice lady waiting next who stated, " It's great to be awesome " which I replied. " It sure is" Great job!
