Yes. I recently took mine in for a check. I left one of them for repair of the volume wheel.
It varies 3 weeks to 6 weeks (average 1 month) because of manufacture sends products to audiologist. Also, earmolds need to be completed, too. This is the same situation for any audiologist you choose. CHS has good service, efficient, and kind.
