AWWWWFUL Management! They continue to charge me after i canceled my membership and no one will respond to my emails, calls or text. 8 months later still no response. Lashes last one week max. alway had to go back and get them fixed. Unless you have all day everyday to maintain your lashes. Avoid them at all cost. Trust me. Worst customer experience ever and they take your money with zero remorse.

did my lashes on 6/24/2022, lashes started falling off second day, been calling to cancel the membership that I regret getting on. The lady on the phone keeps giving the run around, and I dont know what else to do. Do not want to get charged fees for services that I am not even getting.

I originally signed up at the Cityline location for my lashes, but ended up going to Firewheel as I found a really amazing lash tech. I get my lashes done every other Friday (twice a month) and have the two fills per month membership. My credits typically pull on the 7th of every month. I had an appointment on 06/03 and called Cityline on 06/01 stating I wanted to pull my credits early as I knew I wasn’t going to have any on 06/03. The girl told me Firewheel could do it. I get my fill done on 06/03 and I explained to Firewheel that Cityline told me they could pull my credits. They couldn’t since my account is at Cityline so they called Cityline three times. No answer. The assistant manager told me I could pay out of pocket then ask Cityline to just pull one credit instead of two. I did that paying $90 out of pocket and called Cityline on 06/05 explaining what happened and if I could have one credit pulled. The girl I spoke to took notes, but both credits pulled on 06/07. I called Cityline back explaining again what happened. The manager, Victoria wasn’t in at the time, but I was assured she would be in contact with me. She called me on 06/08 leaving a voicemail that wasn’t the nicest saying that “she can’t refund me but she can terminate my contract.” I called her back and she was very adamant about not refunding me or making the moment right so I left her alone and called Firewheel later in the week. Hope, the manager at Firewheel got in touch with Victoria and there was no solution as Victoria didn’t want to refund me. I called Cityline on 06/16 and asked for the District Manager’s contact information. The front desk girl, Destiny had told me that the DM of Firewheel told Victoria that Firewheel could refund me, but didn’t want to. I called Hope back and she said her DM hasn’t even been involved in this. With that being said, I will be terminating my contract with Cityline and signing up with Firewheel. They also are going to add an extra credit to my account. This is completely frustrating and a horrible experience with management. I did my part by calling early to pull my credits early, was told the wrong information and on top of that, felt like the manager at Cityline didn’t care about what had happened. I am a manager for a business and while I don’t agree with customers are always right, I always believe in making the moment right and taking ownership.

When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils

Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.

To remove any eye makeup, use our Eye Makeup Cleansing and Protein Removal Pads. Use our Foaming Lash Wash or an oil-free makeup remover to cleanse your lashes, as well as remove any leftover mascara, prior to the appointment. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils. Lashes should not be permed or manually curled at the time of appointment.
