Employee was new, but made my wrap perfect

I walked in and was completely ignored. I stood there watching a lone employee, who never turned around to take my order, behind the counter angrily murmuring and loudly chopping food. I took it as a sign to not eat there… worst subway experience to date. Won’t be going back.

Trash service and workers. I placed a order online to be brought out and bc they were out of bread and didn’t mention it to me I waited 45 minutes for my order which wasn’t done when I went in because they had ran out of the type of bread I requested online. No one ever came out to my car to tell me that they didn’t have the bread that I had placed on my order. Had not going to say anything to her I would’ve been sitting in my car for possibly two hours waiting on a sandwich from Subway. Update: The lady (older Black woman) was extremely rude after I got my food I began to eat with my children I waited 45 minutes in Texas heat with and my order was wrong. Not to mention the price of gas while waiting. I went back in to her that my order was wrong and she was speaking to someone verifying if the promo that I had used was even a valid promo and I ordered online it was an offer it had to be valid. I instantly felt offended by hearing that call. I didn’t tell her ma’am my order is not correct you gave me three chicken sandwiches and I ordered a separate sandwich she took it up on herself to argue with me and told me she knows she made my sandwich. She has such a bad attitude the guy who works there ended up fixing my sandwich for me in the process I told her you didn’t make a sandwich with everything I requested and she just kept saying I made your sandwich I made your sandwich she never made my sandwich. I spent A total of one hour and 10 minutes waiting on three sandwiches at this location I was late for my doctors appointment and she didn’t care at all. Due to the area that she works in which is a Medical district area she should be concerned about the time and the way she treats her customers because you never know who walks through that door.

Terrible customer service. I wanted onions on my sandwich and they said they were out. How do you not have onions in stock? The lady that made my sandwich was rude and didn’t even have enough coins to give back my change and was unapologetic.
