Everytime I've ordered a game online I'm always sent a defective copy, a defective copy that wasn't properly placed in the case and this is the third time this has happened.

I ordered 2 iPhone 8’s in December and they stopped working. I sent them back as instructed and that was in March. I was told once I sent the phones back that I would receive replacements within 5-7 days. It is now May and not only have I NOT received my replacements customer service is refusing to refund me because they are saying they are waiting for the warehouse to process the phones. At this point I feel like GameStop has stolen my money and doesn’t plan on giving it back. I’ve spent more than an hour on the phone with them a few times a week for months trying to either get my replacements or a refund. If you can avoid this company please do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are crooks and scammers.
