This goes for the company “Synnex Corporation” My appt was at 8am everything was smooth from the check point to getting a dock door in the first 10 minutes, they unloaded my truck slow, and was empty at 11am but they take longer since they have to count the product on each pallet I don’t understand why they have to do this when they are the ones breaking the seal on the trailer. We truckers have timer on our logs and this is just ridiculous won’t be coming back here and only brought half a trailer full. Should of taken an hour or 2 at most. The lady in charged of shipping/receiving needs to be retrained and treat us truck drivers with respect. She was very disrespectful even her coworkers are afraid of her.

Tech Data once you become a full time employee offers 1week vacation the moment you hire on as well as expensive health and dental insurance. Tech Data also trains most of their employees to drive equipment , and once you get certified on equipment you could take those skills to a warehouse that pays more. That's what alot of people do. Tech Data has a HIGH turn over rate.
