Called and spoke to Steve about an audio system for my Road Glide, he suggested a Rockford Fosgate system, but I would need my radio flashed. I checked around my area, found a shop that could do it. I called back to speak with Steve to order the system, which Marcus answered the phone, told him I like to speak with Steve, since that's who I spoke with before. After being on hold for a short time, Marcus came back on the phone telling me he was sorry for the wait, but Steve was still with a customer, and stated he would try and help me, where I did not have to wait. I got the same great service as I would from Steve, ordered the system, Marcus stated it would probably be about 3 business days before I receive it. I actually received the next afternoon. Great speedy service, and made me feel like some one actually wanted my business, not nearly what I get when I walk in my Local HD shop. They will be getting more of my business.
