Got here @ 8:45pm all the employees are telling everyone they’re not accepting anymore orders. Y’all close at 9pm though ? Whole staff is kids trying to close early. They turned so many paying customers away! SMH. Bad for business. 7/24/22

Very unprofessional staff. I literally saw the employee drop our pizza box to the ground and joke with one another over rather to give it to me. I thought maybe they're just young adults being silly. Until I got home and saw this. Pretty messed up thing to do to someone patronizing your establishment. It doesn't have crust just burnt cheese.

My pizza portal order was supposed to be ready at 4:40. I eventually left the store (as did multiple other people) over 30 minutes later. Store was filled with customers waiting for orders that should have already been ready. Bunch of young idiots working there. How hard is it to throw a pizza in the oven for a few minutes?

This was the worst experience I've ever had with little Caesars. I called in and verify the address before placing the order. When I got there to pick it up they had no record of the order. So I replaced the order and waited the 15 min. While I was waiting there were several other customers who were in the same situation. Orders were made wrong, missing items or not there.no one in the store had any semblance of organization. Pizzas were piled up everywhere. The lady checking people out was sneezing and not washing hands and did not care at all about her presentation. After my order was ready I took my food got home and realized that they threw the pizza together and threw it in the box. It did not have the toppings I ordered and the pizza looked as though it was flipped in half and then unfolded. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had here. Whoever owns the store needs to relook at their business or they need to learn how to run a business.
