Blue Moon repair a hydraulic jack when we first got our RV. Instead of taking down the belly and replacing all the insulation that was ruined by hydronic oil, They just cut a hole in the ballet and only replaced the jack. Subsequently mice got up through the whole they only taped up with duct tape and ate through our fireplace and our toilet wiring. We then had to spend $1,000 getting the RV belly resealed and all the insullation oil soaked insulation. All said and done it cost us close to $4,000 to have blue moon touch our RV. Run do not use this company.

The level of customer service here is amazing! As very new campers (<1 yr with our KZ Connect) the team at Blue Moon provided us with so much knowledge and insight! There are sooooo many do's and dont's that the dealerships do not tell you about. The fact that Blue Moon has been in business for >20 years says a lot, but their patience, kindness, and expertise screams 5 stars!
