Worst experience ever and the staff is insensitive and disrespectful. Our reservation was delayed a day because there were no rooms available due to renovations. While that is completely understandable, why on earth would they delay our reservation for the next day if rooms were not available the next day? I asked the “manager” Nicholas this and he said that if something is available he will give us a call and if we don’t answer it isn’t his problem. He also said there was nothing he could do to help us after pushing the reservation back a second day. Will NEVER spend my money here and will make sure to down talk them every chance I get. This man act like I was bothering him and we were the ones homeless. People like that do not deserve the opportunity to workin hospitality. Very poor customer service and a clear lack of hospitality.

The staff is very nice but the fact that I had to pay 12 dollars for some towels and the max I would get was 2 towels is not acceptable for me and the stove this place has was broken really everything was and I told front desk about the stove for the whole week i was there, nothing. I would not recommend this place if you're traveling. Its a waste of money and I would not come back at all.

Clean room, staff was polite especially Nick, whom allowed me to view my room and when I had issues with my room key he assisted promptly. Both of the housekeeping ladies (i believe one of the ladies name was Sam but i dont remember the other ladies name) where very helpful and provided me all of the essentials. I would definitely recommend this extended stay.

Dear upper management management staff, To whom it may concern, my name is Executive Chef Sammy Fox and I am a business owner in town that has been displaced because of the waiting period for an apartment. I opened a restaurant around the corner from the hotel and it was extremely convenient for me as far as location. I have stayed at The Woodspring Suites For three consecutive weeks. During that time six of the days I didn’t have what I needed. The issues include: No shower for three days in the first week. No linens for three days for the first week. No towels for three days for the first week. I escalated the situation to Stephanie upon which I was comped two days. But had to pay for three without what I needed. Not fair. But I took it just to not make waves and show some respect. My room is so filled with roaches. I have a video of them crawling in and out of the bed with me as I slept which is extremely traumatizing and it cost me to get more counseling sessions due to a childhood trauma involving roaches. I have receipts to prove this. These are called damages and is what is required for a lawsuit. I do not want to sue this company but I feel like I am being taking advantage of and being treated in a substandard manner regarding the room I’m receiving. The staff overall has been very kind and caring since the firing of Trey the former GM (who was horrible). Will is the absolute best and I enjoy the energy he brings to this establishment he’s very smart and by far the best customer service I have seen. I have met Stephanie and she really knows what she’s doing and should advance far in this company. Nick is in the wrong position Nick should be upper management he is very smart and actually loves his job. I have met Jared and he has been very professional, however he made me compelled to feel like requesting a refund or a comp for a room was on me (my fault). If Jared is tired of giving comps or hearing that we want one, then maybe he should take care of all of the issues in the rooms. If it frustrates him that we merely ask, then imagine how we feel actually going through it!! He gets to go home every day and not worry about us. We live here! When I spoke to him on the phone regarding a balance of $106. Upon which I paid immediately before the phone call was over. He became extremely frustrated with me telling them all the things that are wrong in my room. There was no elevator voice or frustration it was a simple conversation. The second week went fairly smooth besides the constant battle and roaches. I mean the roach problem is absolutely unacceptable for any public establishment not even the jail house has as many roaches as this hotel. Here I am in my third week and once again for three days I have not had any lights in my room. I have not had a working shower. And the roaches infiltrated my food and ruined it. I would like a refund for my stay this is unacceptable.
