Me and my fiance stayed last night bad service first the front desk person was assisting us and then his personal phone ring and answer while I was asking a question and told me to wait he filanilly check us in then we get to the room and the chair in the room looked like they had brought in from the trash price of the room was around 152 plus a 75 dollars deposit when we check out the lady said she couldn't return the deposit because the sheets were wet

Positive: It was quiet. Not a lot of noise. Negative: It could use an upgrade. New furniture, etc. Everything in this room is old. I don't mind "old" but the price did not reflect that.

Older rooms but mine was clean and they have a very small pet deposit compared to other hotels in the area. Tony was friendly when my cousin and I checked out. Only 2 towels in rooms but were happy to hand out more at the front desk. Bed was comfortable. I wouldn't book clients here, but for a few nights to save money with a pet it's good. We would rather spend the extra money on good food in many of Ft Worths stock yards restaurants.

Our company has contacted Quality Inn and the issue has been resolved. Another staff member that no longer works for the company was causing issues for Tony and spreading incorrect information to our staff. We have not had any further issues with our drivers that stay there. Thank you for for your cooperation and professionalism
