Today (12/27/21) was my first class at the studio. I purchased a single day pass to try. Before today I had taken a class here or there over the years, but never settled into a practice. It was so calming and welcoming to walk in and be greeted by name with a smile. My instructor came and introduced herself and gave me some do’s to help me through class, and when I struggled she assisted. It was a very different feeling from other classes I have taken. The energy felt safe. As soon as I got home I purchased my membership. I can’t wait to deepen my practice here. Namaste!

There are drop-in single day passes for $25 which cover as many classes as you want to take for a single day. Limitless membership (unlimited visits) is $88 per month.
A Matt, face mask, 1 or 2 towels, bottle of water, stamina and balance
Yes they do. They have community lockers, showers, and plenty of space to get ready that are kept very clean.
