Estimate, scheduling and tile/grout cleaning has been done quickly, efficiently and with great customer service. Julian Avila and his partner (I'm so sorry, his name escapes me at the moment) did a great job. Tile/grout look fantastic after they completed the job.

We asked CleanBright to help us with a shower restoration / regrouting along with sealing the grout in the shower and bathroom. I called and asked about their process, and Alan was extremely helpful and informative about how they work and what products they use. They came out and did an estimate, then scheduled us for the services the next day (very quickly)! Julian was the main tech that worked on this project, and he was amazing. It took a bit of time to figure out the best way to connect to a water source and how to plug in all their equipment, but they did a wonderful job finding the best solution and made sure to put towels down to ensure cleanliness. Julian was a perfectionist and even came back to fill in some color seal that was needed after he regrouted part of the bathroom. He took a lot of time to make sure it looked great, and we are very happy with the result. Overall, very professional and courteous people that did a great job. Thanks!

I was up the proverbial creek without a paddle until CleanBright came along! I had a small, fly by night company redo my master bathroom shower in January 2020. By January 2021, it had sprang a leak into my garage downstairs. I hadn’t used it since then and it’s now July. I used the guest bathroom due to the master shower needing to have its caulking redone, according to my home warranty repairman. Okay. Fine. Now comes the research. Several companies wanted in excess of $500 just to come out and do the work I needed to have done. CleanBright didn’t charge me even close to that. I was afraid of ‘getting what I paid for’ just like I did with my shower. Well, after Ryan arrived and went to work, then waiting several days to be sure everything cured, I now have full use of my shower! No more leaks! It’s been a few weeks and I have no issues. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Our goal is to have your carpets dry by the time we leave. We speed dry all of our carpets with special fans. In some cases it may take 1-2 hours to dry.

Yes, we have a portable unit we can bring up to any floor that can clean your tile and grout and also your carpet. We typically use the service elevator to get up to your floor to clean your floors.

A job that size would generally take around 4 hours depending on how much furniture there is to move and the size of the tiles and grout lines. If the tiles are smaller then there is usually more grout lines and will take a little longer to seal. If there is a lot of furniture and things to move then this will also extend the job time as well.
We offer a 1 year warranty on our clear sealant and a 3 year warranty on our color sealant. Our clear seal is water "repellant" and our color seal is water "proof". If you have any problems with the integrity of the sealant we will come out immediately and fix any issues you are having at no cost.

Great question Mr . McClendon! Unfortunately you have a ceramic tile that is already non porous and baked at a high temperature. It cannot be sealed again because the sealant would not do anything to add additional protection to your tile. You can seal natural stone though which is usually porous and can take in a sealant to help provide additional protection.
