This is the worst subway in Santa Rosa there only 3 different workers and two of them work with earphones in … i asked her 3 times for the same sandwich her music was to loud to hear she grabbed her phone outta her pocket to press pause with her gloves on and wanted to make my sandwich after she also didn’t answer my 3calls before I came in I tried to order ahead thank god I didn’t this place needs help

This used to be a good place, but not today. I had a coupon for a 6" sub for$3.49. It excluded Cali Fresh subs, but I had a BMT. I had to argue for several minutes to get the discount. Bad customer service 👎.
