If I could cut the star in half I would! This place is awful! Truck drivers if you want to load at a decent place where the employees aren't jerks don't come here! The wait time is beyond and the employees are even worse! NOT RECOMMENDING this place to anyone!

Paper work said very strict about appointment times to be unloaded, appointment was for 8AM & got a knock on the door @ 6AM saying they could unload me, & he said they don’t go by appointments. So, wish I had known that ahead of time & I wouldn’t have had to drive until 2:30AM to get here on time 🤦‍♂️

Sam Abel is The Best Sales Guy ever: very quick to respond, open to any request, question. I got my quote in no time. After I placed the order, I got an estimated pick up day and got my order that same day. Second order, Sam Abel again helped me out. I ordered around 40 pieces custom made and they were ready in less than 5 calendar days! I got the parts, I had an issue with one of the parts, called Sam and he fixed the issue in no time! Next day I had my part made.. In short: very good customer service, accesible prices and quick turnaround! Excellent job Kloeckner.
