Update: this place has been sold to new owners im pretty sure. It started out rough with no one answering phones for weeks, had a hard time refilling my dogs prescription food for a while but was eventually sorted out. Since then theyve been quite understaffed, still dont answer phones and can only make appt online. Original post: I'm sure I have my own 5 star rating here already but I have to make a new one for this miracle they've pulled off. My buddy moved down here from Wisconsin, they had tried 5 different vets in their area and all ultimately told them they would have to put their dog down. We recommended Crossroads and with just 1 visit, their dog is better than ever and looking at a normal healthy life ahead. As pet owners im sure you can all appreciate the gravity of that kind of success.

It was a great experience. The staff was awesome. And so was the doctor -- smile; very, very knowledgeable, and exceptionally great with our kitten Tiger-Jarvis. They are highly recommended.

Dr. Diaz and her staff are great! She really listens to your concerns and I take my two cats there. She has recently been treating a foster cat I have and has been awesome helping me work through all of her medical issues. I would highly recommend this office.

Horrible experience with this place. I definitely do not recommend coming here. It took me 7 years of putting up with bad experience after another before finally saying enough is enough. Do yourself amd your pet a favor and choose a different veterinarian.
