This is our to go to vet . You cannot even see the vet in person , they call you while there after exam of pets, staff doesn't communicate well, they prefer you to do drop off then return to pick up pet. To me this not a successful way to do business in this type of industry. Very much considering moving to penny Paws

Every one at Banfield was great. And they love all the animals that come in to see them. Great place to take care of your pets

They were very honest, straight forward in what stuff cost, what I could do in my budget range if needed. They gave my dog the cutest nickname. The vets make sure to call about ANY update and explain thoroughly. Also, my dog always comes home tail wagging and happy. Highly recommend.

Top most uncaring and impersonal veterinary services. You never even see the doctor at all they don’t even care to come talk to you or check your vet in front of you. I wouldn’t let my child be seen by a doctor without me present but since they’re just animals it’s ok I guess right. They charge you literally for “seeing the vet” even when you already go once and they make a recommendation, you try it and go back for the second treatment recommendation. When you give people an expectation of treatment and tell them to come back if they’re ready for treatment, us as pet parents budget for what might be best for our dog. Then you tell them to pay more just because they didn’t rush to do the treatment in the first visit less than a month apart. Any vet that cares more about money than a pets well being shouldn’t be a vet in the first place. Very displeased.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Nov 4, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
