Awesome front office staff, I was unfamiliar with their kiosk system and the front desk lady came out and helped me with the whole process. They were cool accommodating and the blood draw they did was flawless unlike the other place where I went and it took them 4 jabs and practically a gallon of water. I would recommend this .... Place for both professional and besides manners Unlike all the bad reviews about everyone... My experience was very different and extremely positive. Virtual Hi-5 🤗

Been to a lot of labs in my life and I’m no easy stick. I also know that customer service is not a home training skill for everyone and let me say: Crystal at this front desk, is wonderful. I am a cash patient and so called ahead of time to get pricing on several tests my Dr. had ordered. She was patient and kind in helping me determine whether I could afford this lab work or not and then, when I arrived to the lab, she remembered me and was courteous, friendly and efficient. Now, Gabby (the phlebotomist) was extremely friendly, professional and didn’t bat an eye when I told her I’m not the easiest stick. She was thorough and skilled and made my lab experience smooth and swift, which is typically not the case. All around, great team at this lab - well done ladies. - A grateful patient

THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICE IF YOU OWE 1CENT AND UP. THEY TURN CUSTOMERS AWAY. NO OTHER LAB DOES. LET YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER SEND YOU TO A DIFFERENT LAB. NEVER EVER LABCORP!!!

Went in for Annual Wellness Check. Front Desk Check kindly directed to 'Check-in Tablet'. Verified all Information was accurate. Technician performed blood pressure, vitals and a flawless blood draw. I was in and out before my actual appointment time!

Better call on that. I believe you will still need a doctor's order.
