Gate is not always closed. None answer the phone anymore. My unit was broken into, and the video tape recording was never given after requested multiple times. Homeless is hovering around, as a matter of fact tonight as I drop off my spare tire before going to work, I guy was carrying around stuff and don't seems care. Even asked if I have some stuff I don't need. I am out of here soon.

If you can take the time to change locks you could take the time to send the lock number or put back the lock after payment has been received . This is such an inconvenience when you come to your storage unit and can’t get ahold of customer service
