This is the dirtiest, low life marina in the state. Recently busted for an illegal marijuana grow operation. Theft is rampant. Your boat will be constantly vandalized. No trash service, the pump out station doesn't work because it's not hooked to the sewer. Just a hose that doesn't work. Then there's the gossip and drama. It's cheap. And they won't require insurance. So if a neighbors boat goes up in flames and takes your boat, tough luck. Nice boats don't end up here. Not for very long.
