The service to my vehicle was great! And thank you so much for that. Unfortunately, there was a boy’s scout activity going on there that it wasn’t very pleasant the wait, too noisy and so many people. Next time try to do it a day where it won’t be so inconvenience for anyone.

The service department is great! We could drive inside the building, out of the rain, and were immediately greeted by an attendant. We then went to the waiting area where we could order lunch and soda! That is really nice! The one-year oil change and tire rotation were done at no charge. Nice! And, finally, we received a free car wash. Very Nice! It's a pleasant experience from start to end!!

I have had a very bad experience with Hubler Cheverolet service department 8820 us31 south indpls in the service person I had when I had my 2012 Chevy truck in there is very rude they never call back I had John revor also John Bray Jim Harden I bought my truck with 30000 miles on it had in shop 10 times for knock in engine 62000 miles redid fuel management side lifters got truck back with 2 quarts oil didn’t know this until driven 500- 800 miles also low antifreeze well they had to go back through whole top of engine still had issues after getting back had cam and spark plugs done still had spudder in engine tried to get back with service wouldn’t get me in for 10 months later telling me motor mounts are bad and I’m going to have to pay 2480 dollars then when u got gm rewards u can only use175.00 a year I don’t feel I should be responsible for this with all the issues and the way they’ve blew me off so I had to show up there now they have had my truck a month and half telling me I owe and I can’t get filed report to better business bureau also went on a claim to gmc corporation

No its not necessary to make an appointment last time i had my oil changed i didn't one i did have a little bit of a wait but i didn't get dirty
