Yesterday I placed an online order to be picked up at the store. The online system checks for item availability and suggests shipment or other store. My items were said to be there. This morning I received notice that my order had been canceled and they would keep my money for 5 days. Knowing that i still drove to the store to purchase like items. I had used 2 coupons. They were not only going to hold my money, but my coupons as well. They insructed me to phone customer service where i was greated by Demarcus. Very friendly but his hands were tied and there was nothing he could do. He sent me to a supervisor where i first held for over 17 minutes. I phoned at 158 PM and my call lasted 53 minutes. Most of that time was on hold. Bianca the supervisor informed me after several long holds with Demarcus returning to inform me she was extremely busy, that the only thing she could to was refer me for a call back and it would not be for more than 2 or 3 days. It is an absolute poverty on behalf of your customer service staff, that providing customer service is not a priority.

Was looking for a Christmas gift for a college student, thoughts went to her doing her nails and getting decals. Went online and found they had what I wanted. Went to store and staff showed me a couple of things I had not thought about. I did get my gift there!!

Sign on the door said max of 8 people. There was 2 what appeared to be employees in there, no one else. As I walked up to the door the woman behind the register walked up and locked the door in my face. Made complete eye contact and everything. Went to the car to call and see what was going on. I heard the phone just ringing through the glass and she ignored it. Rude and unprofessional.

I needed to lift my hair color by one or two levels and Dawn was absolutely amazing on her suggestions. I could tell she wasn't just trying to sell me a product because it was a higher price but because she knew what she was talking about. And she was very honest with me and toners, she said she couldn't suggest one because she didn't even know what my hair color would turn out to be after I stripped the color out. Which I completely appreciate the honesty. Will be returning <3 thank you!!
