Finally a place that’s down to earth, professional and you can just tell the staff loves animals! I love bringing my Pom here she always comes out looking perfect and happy. So I know she’s getting all the love and attention. Highly recommend.

These ladies did such an amazing job with my pup and made us feel like family. I am beyond grateful for their patience with her. I wish I’d known about this place a long time ago but everything happens in due time and now we’ve found our forever grooming salon! The prices are also quite reasonable. They get a 10 star from me!!! Highly recommend.

Completely disappointed with the services from this groomer. We have been very loyal and frequent clients for nearly 3 years. We are very specific in the way our dog is trimmed. They went against our wishes to not trim the ears on one of the first few visits with them, however. Although we were upset, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again. We have been extremely thorough in our requests and repeat them at every monthly service. Luckily, it's been a great experience the past couple years, without error. This most recent visit, however, after my dog has grown his ears out to a very long, luxurious length (he's a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel), they cut off nearly 3 inches, AGAINST OUR WISHES! And the length is uneven between both sides! The biggest issue here is that we have a photoshoot coming up in approximately one month, and we are robbed of having the trademark long, feathered ear look for our 9 year old Cav in these once in a lifetime photos with our newborn. The staff has always been very friendly, but errors like this are unacceptable. **i was on the phone with my husband at time of drop off and heard his instructions. He was specific per my guidance. we shouldn't have to explain the same request every time after consistently coming in for 3 years. It should be noted somewhere to never trim the ears. This is poor customer service to loyal customers.
