It really feels good to be able to meet the actual owner of a company. He dropped everything he was doing to come and help me. And he really knows his stuff! Just imagine walking into a place and the owner comes out and helps, and in less than 5 minutes, the problem is resolved. My rear view mirror had completely collapsed on my Porsche and he came out and fixed it in instantly. I didn’t think I was gonna see Doug, but he’s the one that helped. The customer service staff is friendly. In a world where people have lost sight of customer service values, this was refreshing.

I never used this business before and I don’t plan on in the future. 1st impression is EVERYTHING. The big hideous deer head on the wall was already intimidating enough. After I entered the business, I saw a total of 5 white males (workers) and 1 white female sitting behind the desk. Absolutely No one greeted me at all. It was like I was completely invisible. I patiently waited for 20 minutes to get help behind 1 customer. All of the men disappeared. Finally, lady with dark hair behind the desk asked me can she help me. I told her I needed an auto body estimate and she stated the person whom does those are out n apologized for long wait. This was an inconvenience when someone could have simply asked me could they assist me when I entered…No, I would not recommend them and they need to work on greeting ALL of their customers and making them feel welcomed.

Went in for a typical tune up. Engine light was not on. It was just time for a tune up. When he started the work he said we need a new manifold gasket and bolt set. Ok thanks for catching that. Preventative maintenance I thought. When our truck was returned to us, we attempted to drive off with it and the engine light came on and was flashing. We didn't make it 20 yards down the road. Brought it back immediately and Doug himself took a look at it. He said it is a bad lifter. Needs new lifters. It cost us an extra $2400. Keep in mind it was in for a simple tune up. Now the lifters are bad. It sounds to me like his shop dropped something in the engine by accident when the tune up was performed. Once he finally began replacing the lifters, he said the cam shaft was bad. Extra cost replacing that as well. Now my new repair total is $4k. He would not admit that all my problems started at his shop. Mistakes happen and I understand that. All I ask is you man up enough to admit mistakes and fix them not at the customers expense. We bring our work trucks here regularly for repairs and maintenance. I don't think we can do that anymore.

I bought my vehicle here to have front suspension diagnostics done and the rack and pinion was bad. I had them replace the rack and pinion, inner and outer tie-rods, 4 tires (I supplied the tires) and alignment. First, I was charged for power steering fluid that my vehicle does not take, which I was reimbursed for. The steering wheel was not centered and the tire light was on. I had to bring it back to have these issues addressed and some of them were but they obviously didn't want to replace the tire sensor that THEY said was cracked. I had NO issues with the tire sensors before they put the tires on it. I will not return to that shop ever again. If you mess something up, make it right with the customer. It'll help you in the long run. I definitely would NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

Most shops will. Just won't warranty the motor

Can you all fix the reverse gear on a 2001 Ford Focus? If so how much would that be?
