Worst experience ever!!! Front desk people are not knowledgeable and rude! I went to this clinic for a work injury. My first visit was horrible. I got stitches and had to get them removed the same day because they came apart and the doc didn’t put any numbing meds to remove them… I got my vitals took twice and filled out questionnaire twice so nurses do not communicate with one another. I went back for a follow up and had a different doc and she was great very informative. I went back for another follow up and was told I didn’t have an appointment after i got a printout of my appointment and I would have to come back In 2 and a half hours! I wouldn’t recommend at all!

I normally don't write reviews. If it was bad or unpleasant, I just won't go there again. I called to see if they accepted walk ins for my 5 month old. They insisted that I could check-in online because that would speed up the process and that it was an about an hour wait, to just wait for a notification and a link for registration. I thanked her and proceeded with filling out my information. I got a call back from them saying that there had been an emergency so it actually going to be 2-2.5 hours instead. I thanked her for letting me know and when I got the notification, I headed out to them. I get there, checked in and there were a few people waiting in the lobby. I was waiting for about and hour and 30 mins ( Almost finished Finding Nemo that was playing in the lobby) with my baby that fell asleep in my arms, I asked when are we going to be seen and she informed me that there had been an emergency and I was thinking like " that was 3+ hours ago now." She said after they see the other folks in the lobby then we will get called in. What is the point of checking in online if you are going to have to wait 1...2...3 hrs later. Makes no sense. Then another lady comes out and tell me there is a pediatric place on N. Galloway that takes walk-in and there is no line at the moment. I kindly thanked her and drove over and the building was bare. The lady at the front desk informed me they only see children 5 years and up! It can't get any worse right? WRONG. I called back to Care Now and told them the news and just to keep my place thinking if I tried anywhere else I would be waiting even longer. She then informs me that the doctor doesn't see infants!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! I later checked the website and it states 3 months and above. Clearly she doesn't even know their own policy.

They do not take Medicare at this location. The Richardson CareNow location does accept Medicare.

All other locations offer PCR COVID-19 testing where results return in 2-5 days. The best way to set up a visit is to use our Web Check-in feature. They don't do appointments, but you can do a web check in. They are open Monday-friday 8am-9pm and Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday 8am-5pm
It depends on what u coming for but less than $180 which doesn't incl x-ray, shots, or tests.
