They've helped my dogs every time I've been there. They don't judge or decline me for coming in only as I see needed. Their fees have been reasonable. Dr. Waterhouse has been considerate and cared well for my pets. I've only visited the Woodward park location.

we have been going to Waterhouse about 15 years now. love them. however now its Extremely hard to get a hold of them if necessary. I’ve been put on hold and waited for more than a half an hour and no one ever got back to me. because of this reason I now go Northpoint Vet.
